DHCDA- Dolphin House Community Development Association is a Company
Limited by Guarantee with a voluntary board of Directors. Its role is
to promote the development of the Dolphin House and Park estate in a
way that improves the quality of life for residents, to initiate
educational training, community development and employment programmes
to combat poverty and disadvantage in the local area, investing in the
regeneration process and the overall wellbeing of the community.
Following receipt of capital investment for future community
sustainability, we are delighted to be able to open recruitment for a
Social Enterprise Manager to run our first community lead enterprise.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Social Enterprise Manager (SEM) will lead and manage various
social enterprise activities from the newly built kitchen and dining
space in Dolphin House. The SEM will build the capacity of DHCDA in
agreement with the Board of Directors and identity sustainable revenue
sources to enhance the growth and profile of this new Social
Enterprise.
